Steve continued to pound the bag harder, with his taped fists.

Natasha shook her head, trembling slightly. “Bucky’s been shot through the abdomen. He’s in the ER now but I don’t know if he’ll make it.” she swallowed, trying to hide the tremor in her voice.

His eyes closed in anguish, hitting the bag harder. “Jimmy will make it. Dying is not something he’s very good at doing it. Have the doctors do whatever they can. I’ll give up my blood, if I have to.”

He stopped, as he turned to look at Nat. “Bucky needs this chance. To redeem himself.”
