I often wonder in First Avenger, while Steve had to go down with the Valkyrie, once the Red Skull was defeated. Couldn’t he have jumped out? He jumped out of a fucking Quinjet into water, to get onto Batroc’s ship. And that was after being in cold storage for seventy years.

Just seems like alot of drama, so Peggy and Steve couldn’t spend their lives together, and get Capt. America into the Avengers movie.
